• To be open to new development approaches by profiting from the SIIC system.
To ensure a maximum rate of occupancy and of rent and service charge collection.
To optimise the level of rents based on changes in the market while checking and controlling charges.
To maintain the level of quality of assets and, where applicable, modernise or restructure them while upholding qualitative relations with tenants.
• To respond and adapt to new environmental issues by conducting survey and analyses of new inovative processes.
