Founded in 2006, Bleecker was born out of a series of strategic mergers that strengthened our position in the real estate market. After the acquisition by Foncière Saint Honoré of the Compagnie Française des Établissements Gaillard (CFEG), Bleecker officially took shape in 2007 with its listing on the stock exchange, marking the beginning of an ambitious journey of innovation and development.
Our strategy is based on proactive management and long-term commitment. Bleecker relies on a network of renowned partners - consulting firms, architects, technical advisors, and financial experts - to benefit from all the necessary expertise and constantly adapt to market developments. This organization allows us to anticipate trends, seize opportunities, and continuously improve the quality of our assets.
Outsourcing asset management and rental management ensures a flexible and responsive structure with a short decision-making process. This approach allows Bleecker to focus fully on its strategy and invest effectively in projects that meet the needs of end users.
Thanks to varied and complementary skills, our teams and partners ensure that each investment and each project is part of a dynamic of success and sustainability. Bleecker is committed to designing spaces that combine performance, adaptability and respect for the environment, in order to create lasting value.

Bleecker is a public limited company with a Management Board and a Supervisory Board.
